CranioSacral Workshop
Welcome to my intimate workshop, where my goal is to ensure each participant walks away with a deeper comprehension of the craniosacral system and the assurance to apply learned techniques right away.
I'm Kayla Frandsen, LMT. Craniosacral Therapy is the heart of my practice. In my sessions, I focus on somatic emotional release and nurturing the mind-body-spirit connection. With years of continued education and experience in Craniosacral Therapy, I've witnessed its profound effects on holistic wellness firsthand.

Effective May 5, 2023 individuals don't have to be licensed to practice Craniosacral therapy in the State of Utah.
By the end of this workshop, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to understand Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and conduct a basic session. We'll start by introducing you to the fundamental elements of the Craniosacral System. From there, you'll learn safe and effective methods to influence this system.
CST focuses on the membranes, bones, fascia, and cerebrospinal fluid that support the brain and spinal cord. Dysfunctions in this system can lead to issues like headaches, chronic pain, and TMJ. Throughout the course, you'll:
1.Gain a clear understanding of how the Craniosacral System works.
2.Develop palpation skills to assess the Craniosacral Rhythm across the body.
3. Learn techniques to safely decompress the bones of the skull.
4. Practice methods for releasing tension in the fascial system throughout the body.

Ceremonial Drum Making Workshop
Embark on a hands-on journey of crafting your own ceremonial drum, infused with intention and meaning. Guided by the rhythms of the new moon, you'll delve into the ancient art of drum-making and get to experience the profound healing powers of sound vibration.
Participants will embark on a soulful exploration, crafting drums intimately connected to their personal journey. Through a ceremonial drumming session, we will cleanse and attune ourselves, preparing to infuse our creations with our essence and light. As we delve into the crafting process, each drum becomes a unique reflection of its creator, resonating with their individual energy and purpose.
The therapeutic benefits of these ceremonial drums extend beyond mere musical instruments, offering solace and support for the mind, body, and soul. From alleviating anxiety and depression to enhancing cognitive function, these sacred tools serve as conduits for spiritual growth and healing.
Select from a selection of ethically sourced hides, each carrying its own spiritual essence and symbolism. Whether it's the stamina of elk, the nurturing energy of cow, or the emotional intelligence of horse, allow your intuition to guide you in choosing the hide that resonates most deeply with your soul.
All materials necessary for crafting your drum and drum stick will be provided, with the option to bring anything to personalize your creation ( feathers, crystals, and other sacred symbols.) Embrace this journey of creation, culminating in the birth of your unique ceremonial drum, ready to accompany you on your path of self-discovery and transformation.

New Moon Healing Drum Ceremony
Join us in a safe sacred space to support letting go and utilizing the surges from the powerful portal of new moon energy. The new moon in Pisces is a good time to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the fish. These include taking a leap of faith, accepting imperfections in ourselves and in others as a different kind of “perfection,” starting a project that requires imagination, consciously putting time aside for peaceful and rejuvenating activities, and sharing a dream with another.
With this potent Pisces energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives. Gathering in a safe space to release on a cellular, emotional, and mental level allows us the ease of utilizing these energies to make the most of the shifts and claim the healing within ourselves. Sacred sound ceremony is more than just banging drums. It's about intentional release with frequencies designed to support not just the release but integrating the new perspective you choose to activate within yourself.
This event will include identifying and releasing heavy energies, connection with other light beings, the energy work and support of Aimee and Kayla, and of course drumming.

Ceremonial Drum Making Workshop
In this workshop, we gather to co create your ceremonial drum. There is great healing and powers in the sound vibration of a drum, especially one created with intentions and sacredness. Creating your own sacred drum during the super new moon is a call to heal and find new life within yourself. The drum speaks to parts of not only our physical body but also to our souls.
The healing drums assist with anxiety, depression, nervous system integration, increases cognitive function and white brain matter.
The Ceremonial drum is a powerful tool to use in any spiritual practice. This is an invitation to come and create your own drum. A drum that is tied to you and your personal journey.
The workshop will begin with a drum ceremony to connect with ourselves and the group. clearing blocked energy before we begin working with your hide. You will be guided through the birthing of your drum and get to create a drumstick as well. Each drum is unique and will be personalized to you for it is your light and your essence that will get imbued into your drum.

**All needed supplies will be provided for you. Feel free to bring feathers, crystals, or other sacred symbols to accompany your drum and drumstick.
